Investment Criteria
Whitney Investors partners with established businesses that have built strong foundations, loyal teams, and durable cash flow. We focus on acquiring and operating companies where long-term value is created through continuity, operational discipline, and thoughtful growth.

Management and continuity are critical to our approach.
We prefer businesses with a key employee or operating manager already in place. In situations where that structure does not yet exist, we are open to owners who are willing to remain involved for three or more years to support a smooth transition.
